While home in England I really wanted to try some of Una Brennan's range Superfacialist. I am all about the dewy glowy skin so decided to try a few things from the Vitamin C+ range. Una Brenna is a top facialist with over 17 years experience all her products are made to fit a different skin types.
Superfacialist Vitamin C+ skin renew cleansing oil- This is a really amazing cleansing oil for the price of 10.99GBP. I really don't think there is any other cleansing oil quite like it in such a low price range, it is a cleanser that is supposed to be used in a two step method. I used this to remove all of my makeup including waterproof mascara and it works like a dream, you just massage it all over your face then just before you remove it add a splash of water and it turns into a milky consistency. Then I usually do a second cleanse with a gel or cream cleanser just to remove any lasting impurities. And did I mention the smell? The smell is beyond amazing, zingy and fresh like mandarins.
Superfacialist Vitamin C+ dark circles eye cream- Now you have heard me before bang on about my horrendous with capital H dark circles. I was really excited to try this as I thought it could be a cheaper alternative to the Origins ginzing eye cream. Coming in at 12.99GBP the price isn't bad if the product actually worked. For me I have found that it just hasn't done anything for my dark circles, it's nice and hydrating so I still use it in the hope that one morning a miracle will happen but I would say if you looking for something to rid those dark circles this is not it. It's not a bad eye cream but it just doesn't do what it says on the tin.
Superfacialist Vitamin C+ glow boost skin serum- This stuff makes me just want to go ahhh. At 15.99GBP were are kind of getting into mid priced skin care but boy is this good. Out of the three I tried this one is a clear winner. it just does something magical to my skin, when I first applied this it kind of reminded me of a lightweight version of make strobe cream. It gives a wonderful glow but its not just temporary like when you apply a glowy makeup base, the longer you use it the brighter you skin becomes. I now wake up and my skin isn't dull and ill looking. I use this once a day in the morning before my moisturizer and it just does wonders. I will be so sad when I run out, next time I am home I will be stocking up. One thing I would say is the orangey scent is quite strong but I personally love it.
All in all from what I have tried from the line I will defiantly be trying more next time I am home. If you live in Great Britain and are interested the whole Superfacialist Line is currently on 3for2 at Boots.
I am also going to link to the Superfacialist site HERE so you can read more about Una and her other products.
