Guerlain do the holidays like no other brand and the limited edition
Eye and Blush Palette is no exception. It does have a hefty price tag, but really there is no better time to treat yourself or even ask that bearded fella for it. The palm sized palette contains four pink blushes in a mixture of finishes from matte to shimmery and then of course the five eye shadows that are all as equally pigmented and beautiful. They all have a opalescent finish and are perfect for the festive season, the champagne, brown and grey brown shades are perfect for that holiday party smokey eye and the pale pink and purple add a little twist. The shadows are very creamy and apply beautifully to the lids without creasing and with full pigmentation. While the blushes are small I find I can fit my brush in each one or use all four together for a perfect pink pop. In terms of palettes it's not the biggest or even best but this little gem sure is special, from the packaging to the lovely product inside; for me it's a holiday must have. Love...
