Taking care of your skin is so important, especially when it comes to sun exposure. Even on cloudy winter days the sun's rays can be doing damage to you're skin. Wearing SPF broad spectrum protection year round is essential. Obviously you can lower the SPF value come winter but it is especially important to be wearing at least SPF 30 and above in summer. Protecting your skin from the sun will not only stop the obvious burning, it also greatly reduces your risk of getting sun damage, skin cancer, and premature ageing. A physical sunblock is always best to protect from the sun in my opinion and it is less likely to irritate your skin like chemical sunscreen can.
