So lets start but talking about the diffuser, I love rose it is one of my favorite scents so to have my home smelling like it is a dream! I have had this diffuser back and fourth between different rooms, my bedroom, bathroom, and the living room (mainly because my mum loves it so much she doesn't want it to leave 'communal' areas); it works in every room as its not to fresh or to heavy of a floral. It is also nice and potent, the scent fill the room it's in completely; so much so my friend actually commented on my 'perfume' I was wearing the other night when she was at the house, I realized I wasn't wearing any, it must of been this she could smell. I have been using it a few weeks now and I don't think the liquid has evaporated too much, but I know I or my mother will be making a purchase of this as soon as it's dry. This 100ml bottle is $26, I think for a diffuser of that high quality it is a great price. You could easily pay a lot more for a Jo Malone or NEST.
The peony scented hand wash and body lotion is also a joy! They have both been sitting in my bathroom for a couple of weeks now and I have really enjoyed using them. First of all I want to talk about the packaging, I love that it's not glass as I am always scared of breaking that in my bathroom but I really like that it still looks like glass. It has the pretty pinky-red lable and the Antica Farmacista logo embossed on the side, the pumps silver detailing is very nice too. While I am on packaging I want to mention that it was delivered to me beautifully packaged, it came in a nice little bag and everything had dainty cream bows on. What is most special about these two I think is the scent. It is floral but at the same time has some zing from lemon citrus and a little softness for subtle woody notes. When I wash my hands with the hand wash it really laves the scent lingering for a long time, it is almost a great way to replace perfume (I really want to try the body wash in this scent as I expect it's dreamy). I love applying the body lotion straight out of the shower, I thought with such a heavy fragrance it might upset my sensitive skin but I have had no irritation from it at all. I apply it all over my body and I smell Ahhhhmazing! I love snuggling down into bed and being able to smell the wonderful floral-ness. When it comes to its moisturizing, it does a pretty good job in that department too, okay so it's not ultra hydrating body butter but it does the job nicely. If like me you are a huge peony lover then you need some of their Peonia, Gardenia, & Rosa line in your life.
