La Prairie Midnight Rain Eau de Parfum- I featured this in my luxury gift guide as I can't imagine a better gift and I love it so much it is all I have been wearing for the past few weeks. It is very warm smelling but still has a slight sweetness to it with notes like Cashmere, Musk, White Lily, and Vanilla. Another plus is the beautiful bottle it comes in *all the heart eyed emojis*.
Caudalie Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet- This moisturizer has sensitive skin in mind and with this months colder weather it has been saving my skin. It feels so lightweight that I can use it day and night and I love the packaging as it is perfect for travel, no heavy jars here. It sits really nicely under makeup and is generally a really nice moisturizer.
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused Light- I used to own Dim Light and never really 'got it', I found it didn't really do anything for my skin as a setting powder or do much as a highlight either. I finally gave in this past month during the VIB sale and thought I would try a different shade, Diffused Light. This pale yellow powder sets makeup beautiful both under the eyes and all over the face, it brightens, reduces redness, and just generally makes your skin look flawless.
Dr Jart+ Ceramidin Cream- This lightweight salve clears up even the most dry patches. If I have any flaky bits then I love applying this over night, if makeup is clinging to certain place then I also like to use this a barrier. It is intensely hydrating but doesn't feel slippy or oily and is just magic.
Bite Luminous Creme Lipstick Duo- I have this mini duo in the shade Pepper and Cafe. The two warm shades are beautiful and perfectly autumnal, Pepper is a pink toned deeper brown and Cafe is a darker nude. The formula of these two is very creamy and sits on the lips really nicely while adding a touch of hydration.
Maybelline Dream Lumi Brightening Concealer- This little touch of wonder adds a brightening quality and a touch of coverage to the face. On no makeup days I have been loving using this under they eyes and around the nose for that touch of light and hint of coverage and the huge plus is that in only cost a few dollars from your local drugstore.
Burberry Fresh Glow Foundation- I have been all about Burberry beauty lately and decided it was about time I tried their fresh Glow Foundation. It has a sheer to medium coveage and a beautiful lit from within glow. The shade Porcelain matches me perfectly and I am just really into this for an everyday base. Let me know if you would like to see a full review!
Laura Mercier Matte Radiance Baked Powder 01- This highlight certainly isn't matte but it sure is stunning. It adds a perfect glow to the cheek bones without heavy shimmer or glitter and just looks really natural. You can build it up to be pretty intense or just use a little and have a naturally glow. It needs to be on your Christmas list this holiday season.
I hope you all had a lovely November and am wishing you the most wonderful and safe December and Holiday season. Make sure you come back next month to see what's been the best of the best in 2015 and get your shopping lists started *wink*. Love...
I'd love to hear more about the Burberry Foundation, I've been loving their mini lipstick in Military Red :)
